Typically it begins with a consultation where we discuss your goals, expectations and determine if coaching is the fit for you. If you decide to move forward with coaching, we will schedule sessions—usually weekly or bi weekly—either in person, over the phone or through video calls.
During these sessions I will ask thought provoking questions while actively listening to your responses. Additionally I'll provide feedback to help you gain insights into your situation while setting goals and creating action plans. Between sessions there may be assignments or exercises for you to work on that will further support your progress.

emotions and aspirations, without judgment. The coach actively listens, asks thought provoking questions and offers guidance to help you gain clarity and identify obstacles and develop strategies to overcome them. The coaching sessions revolve around your agenda and goals. The coach will provide support and encouragement while also challenging you to step outside your comfort zone in order to achieve results.
